Bentall Kennedy Ranked Top 3 in the World in the 2017 Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) Rankings

TORONTO (September 11, 2017) - For the seventh consecutive year, Bentall Kennedy has been ranked among the top firms in the world for its commitment to investing sustainably by the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB). The annual rankings from GRESB named Bentall Kennedy as the top diversified firm in Canada, in the top two diversified private firms in North America, and among the top three diversified private firms globally. In addition, for the third year in a row, MEPT/MEPT Edgemoor LP, the U.S. core open end fund strategy advised by Bentall Kennedy, is ranked as the number one fund globally in its peer group (Diversified - Residential/Office). The 2017 GRESB survey included 850 entities (+12% from 2016) covering 77,000 (+16.7%) assets with an aggregate value of USD $3.7 trillion (+32%).
