Board of Directors

Bentall Kennedy is governed by a dual board structure. Each board is made up of six independent directors, one representative from each of our two external shareholders, bcIMC and Ivanhoé Cambridge, and one representative of our management partners. We have been fortunate in attracting individuals who are well known and respected within, and outside, the real estate industry.
